Our Philosophy

Flavour first. Always exotic.

Alfonso is a Caribbean kitchen with a Japanese accent. Charcoal, citrus and chilli on one side of the pass; sesame, ginger and precision on the other. Every plate is composed like a still life and seasoned without apology.

Beetroot rice, guacamole, coriander and lime meet teriyaki, edamame and pickled ginger. Nothing decorative. Everything intentional.
